	News 19 June 1999 Have U got the Absence font? We have lost the font to do the links on the left and the 'bsence so if you could email us it we would be v.grateful. Hence using that font for the new songs page link. 10 June 1999 Absence = Alt. Rock Absence have changed their image. We are no longer a poor version of oasis but a KoRn/deftones ripoff. This has been for quite a while, but we are just telling you now. 04 May 1999 Jamie out of Absence Everyone in the band has fallen out with Jamie and so we have unanamously voted him out of the band. Nuff said. 13 January 1999 Wahey, Yahoo ... etc We are now in Yahoo decently i.e. If you type absence followed by any of ours names or places of origin YOU WILL HAVE THE ABSENCE PAGE LISTED!!! YES!!! Stuart Weir did the absolutely impossible task on the 7th of this month, he beat the shit out of the mpertowner Ally McBurney DUM DUM DUUUUUUM. He's in fer it now due to the hard ass mpertowners phoning him!!!!! GOOD ALAH NO! We have found out a new martial art that is perfect for Jamie, "Chi Gon" the art of random...ness. We practised and we practised but when the school talent show came up for the second time on the <will fill in> (when we were ready for it), THE BASTS WOULDN'T LET US PLAY! They said that, "There already is two bands" NO, YOU HEAR ME YOU GO TO HELL AND YOU DIE! They were absolute piss and I personally was quite..... miffed. ARSE!!!!!!!!! We will be in a band promotion thing later on in the year so I'll get some live recordings to put up then. 17 October 1998 Jamie On The Drums Jamie Yohanis is now starting as our new drummer(ex rhythm guitarist). He will now make the band a whole. Hope to get some decent practice in now :) 08 September 1998 Yahoo^{^Ž} put us in!! Yes imagine Yahoo has had us in for a while it seems but you must type "absence band" as appossed to Absence^Šit is not working all to good though, 'cus it says something crap after Official --Absence-- Page. Craig Skilling has been thrown out of Absence^Š due to lack of drums!
