Two Types of Plague

1. Plague became a killer when infection reached the lungs. This was called pneumonic plague, because it destroyed the breathing system. People with pneumonic plague could others just by breathing on them.

2 . Bubonic plague did not spread on the victims lungs, but caused large swellings as the body fought the germs. A similar thing happens when you have spots, blackheads or boils.
