The great Christian writer, C S Lewis, was born in Belfast on 29 November 1898. The Centenary of his birth falls this year, 1998. The C S Lewis Centenary Group aims at ensuring that the people of C S Lewis's native land, Northern Ireland or Ulster, celebrate the Centenary of one of their greatest sons in a fitting manner.
