Newcastle Justice for Women

Justice for Women was set up to monitor and raise awareness around the responce of the criminal justice system, to male violence.

We publicise and challenge the outcome of specific cases, where women and children who have suffered male violence have been unfairly treated.

We campaign for changes in the law, so that it recognises and takes seriously women's experience of male violence, and suggest a new defence which will fully recognise the context of domestic violence.
