TAPP is Newcastle and the North East's Other News from Various Lefties Socialists Anarchists and Greens. Supporting the anti-geneticly altered food campaign of GeneNo and the campaign to stop landowners breaking the law on snaring and other countryside animal abuse of CountryWatch . Members of the group also campaign on issues such as access to the countryside, freeing wrongly convicted prisoners such as Satpal Ram and Brian Parsons and various planning applications such as Newcastle United's and the council's attempts to trash the trees on the Town Moor. We also produce a monthly? newsletter called Think Globally, Act Locally!
