The Korhonen Ships

Mothership
These heavily armed 5 mile long ships are mainly used as fighter carriers. Each mothership can carry 12 Squadrons of fighters (144 ships), and can accommodate 5 Legions of ground forces. It is a particularly good vessel in combat, and is often used in planetary assaults. Several of these vessels would have let the invasion of Earth if the Mogensen had not intervened. There are an estimated 300 of these ships in the Korhonen fleet.
Despite the mothership size of 1 mile wide, 5 miles long and roughly 0.8 mile height at the thickest part it has tremendously powerful weapons systems. However these are mostly air to surface weapons. This is why these are seldom without a battleship escort.
The main fighter bays are located on the sides of the ship, however there are 3 large hangers on the surface.

Battleship
The battleship is the backbone of the Korhonen fleet. Over 700 of these 4 mile long ships are said to be in service. The carry a crew of around 450 and can provide transport for 2 legions of ground forces. It can carry 6 fighter squadrons, which are launched from the rear of the ship. The four forward weapons arrays are capable of devastating another vessel in seconds.
The ship is 2 miles wide, 4 miles long and 1.5 miles high in places. It has been in service for the past 50 years. Newer ships are being enhanced with extra armour and state of the art weaponry, stealth technology and tracking devices. There have even been reports of Korhonen battleships with visual cloaking devices.

Do'Soun Fighter
The Do'Soun Korhonen fighter is a quite small ship that can only carry 4 Korhonen warriors. The rear of the ship resembles the battleship with the similar engine block and wings spread which is swept back slightly more than the battleship to aid in the slimness of the ship. The front of it is a flattened saucer section that the crew are in. It is believed that the pilots use an advanced holographic imaging system to get an idea of the space around the ship. The ship has two laser weapons on either side of the saucer and twin multi-directional cannons on the the engine block as well as on the underside of the saucer which can prove extremely destructive. The ship is extremely fast, it can outrun an earth destroyer, and is able to hit a target accurately and deadly. The ship is highly maneuverable and can be a difficult target to hit without extremely high specification targeting systems.
Each squadron of 12 fighters have a lead fighter that is slightly larger than the other fighters.

Chel'kulo Fighter
This is the most modern of the Korhonen military fighters which has just started slowly phasing out the older Do'Soun fighters. This has a much different design to previous fighters with the two "wings" in reality being two very powerful engines. As well as having the rear engines, there are powerful thrusters at the front, top, underside and sides allowing the ship to rotate in any direction at high speed. This high maneuverability makes it one of the most dangerous fighters of any of the races. The ship is smaller than the Do'Soun with it only being able to hold 2 warriors but it does mean that more of these fighters can be held on the larger korhonen ships. There is a positron cannon located in each "wing". The smaller size means less weapons than the Do'Soun were capable of being put on it but in tests was shown to be much more accurate and dangerous.

There are other ships that the Korhonen use that include cargo ships, passenger transports and other such like ships and these will be added in the future.
