Details about new songs

CC Tour Reported: " as performed onstage in New Orleans,
"Four Days" is an uptempo, insistent riff-rocker, cut from the "Mr. Jones" cloth.

"Mrs. Potter's Lullaby" is far less forgettable, an epic ballad that, if DGC gets its way, will saturate radio later this year. It's somewhat like "A Long December," but with an arguably stronger hook in its rather plaintive, soaring chorus'

Despite Duritz's admitted drunkenness, he put in energetic, committed performances, and even sang bravura backup on a couple of Drifters numbers. "

David Immergluck was also there and on May 1, when Adam also sat in with them. Any fans in New Orleans should check out the Continental Drifters if you can. Thanks to John Bailey

Adam suggests first single

CC Tour Adam was a guest vocalist with the Continental Drifters in New Orleans on 27/4. He performed two songs from the upcoming CD - "Four Days" and "Mrs. Potters Lullaby". He didn't confirm a release date or title, but did say that the record company want Mrs. potter to be the first single "even though it's, like, eight minutes long". I am getting the lyric sheets so stay tuned for them. Thanks to John Bailey
